Compact but does the job well. So much easier to count the coins at the end of the day. Easy to use. The coins don't move around in transit, they remain in the coin holder. Good price and a sturdy tin. Good to have a spare key too!

I bought this to keep my change and cash in so all my money which is not in my bank can be kept safe in one place. I received this item about a week ago. I put a little money inside it. When i was out, my house was burgled! The burglers stole this tin! When they jumped back over the fence they droped it because it was heavy, which is not a bad thing. When my next door neighbour brought this back to me, i was over the moon to see all my money in the tin after being droped from 7 foot high. I opened it with some difficulty as the sides were smashed, as i expected, but the lock was intacked. When i opened it the money had stayed inside the tin but had scatterd inside. I took the money out and put it somewhere else.The damage: The whole box had scratches and marks on and the support beams on the inside had cracked, as it would from 7 foot.The positives: I got all my money back safely and the box did its job well! although now i cannot use it!I WOULD MAKE A FRIEND BY THIS BIG TIME!THANKYOU SO MUCH STERLING LOCKS FOR THIS AMAZING PRODUCT!

Great cash box. Could have been improved with a foam over the coin tray to stop them falling out when the tray is shut. The notes section is made of a thin plastic and not quite wide enough for the £20 and £10 notes. The £20 also only fits it the middle sort your notes are out of order £10, £20 then £5 might be annoying to some people.

Bought this to secure some cash. Goog strong tin, comes with two keys.

This is quite a good product, but has one major flaw. If you don't keep it level, all the coins will work loose from their slots and end up mixed up in the notes compartments. A squishy foam insert in the lid would press against the coins and hold them in place. I have achieved this effect with some spare bubble-wrap.It can also be a bit difficult to get out the right number of notes, but that is really due to the new plastic notes, so I don't think a cash box can be improved to help.The plastic notes are also quite springy, so you may need to have some temporary weight to pin them down if you are accepting lots from different people who have stored them folded or crumpled.

Surprisingly good! Keeps everything nice and organised. Pity the notes bit is a little too small for the new style notes but can still wedge them in. Really sturdy and solid design and 2 keys included.

This is durable, hard wearing and comes with two keys. The coin tray was invaluable for making sure you quickly give the right change. There was a little problem with some of the 5ps not quite fitting in but I think that's an issue with the change in the coins.The tray actually lifts up - didn't realise that at first, so if you loose things towards the back you can retrieve them.Our only thing to note is that we got it wedged under the car seat and it did scratch the paint work of the box - so the easiest thing to do there is not to get it wedged under the seat!!!

This is a nice and sturdy box, but the coin tray totally lets it down:- The £1 slots are designed for the old, pre-2017 £1 coins that are no longer in circulation. It will still hold the correct amount of new coins but not neatly or securely.- The 5p slots are designed to hold 5 coins in each segment, but two of them only hold 4 coins.- Several of the slots for other denominations are very tight and you need to force the coins in, and subsequently pull quite firmly to remove them.- When you close the box, all the coins will fall over if segments aren't full.So with that in mind you might decide you'd like to remove the useless coin tray all together. You can, but you'll still be left with a horrible metal tray (the one which holds the coin tray), since you can't remove that.
