Love this iron. I have short natural hair. I molded my hair and then used this to curl it. My hair is 3-4 inches long and this worked perfectly. My curls were silky and curled easily. It heats up quickly and I love that there is a storage bag and heat protectant glove. I didn’t use the glove so I don’t know how well it works, tbh.

I bought this to style a synthetic wig for a cosplay, I was looking for something with adjustable temperatures and thinner plates. As someone who used straighteners regularly as a teen, this felt SO much more convenient - heated up quickly, auto shut-off was helpful, came with a heat glove, really got close to the roots and made nice curls thanks to the thin plates. The lowest temperature still does a great job without as much risk of burning.I used this for about 3 hours at a time for two days, so I can't speak to it's lifespan. For the price though I think it's 100% worth it, I highly recommend using it for synthetic cosplay wigs as well on the lowest setting. It comes with a bag and locks itself closed for easy storage too, it's not too bulky so it's easy to store with my other craft stuff. Honestly didn't expect much from this, so I'm happy! 4/5 since I can't address the lifespan right now ofc.

I have long, thick, frizzy and wavy waist-length hair. I purchased this flat iron not for straightening the length of my hair but rather specifically for taming my unruly hairline and smoothing the upper crown of my hair. I have some frizz and stubborn waves near my face that traditional sized flat irons never seemed to adequately reach or fix. I stumbled upon this flat iron and thought it might just fit the bill and the does, completely. Not only is it precise enough to safely navigate around the delicate hairline close to the face, it is very lightweight, easy to maneuver, heats up quickly and has adjustable temperature settings. This is exactly what I needed and wish I had discovered it much earlier!

Overall it's good, but could be better. I was really excited at first because the tiny size allows you to really get all the baby hairs that stick up. The heat settings are adequate and it's easy to hold and use. I do wish the heat was more adjustable. My preferred temperature was between two of the settings. It comes with a nice storage bag, a glove, and is travel friendly for a big purse or tote bag. I was really disappointed in the finish of the heating surface- it does not allow hair to glide smoothly through the plates without catching. I absolutely hate this, and is why I absolutely wouldn't use this for doing all my long hair with. This is for the final touch up only for me. My hair is thin and fine, but is breast-length. I tried doing it all once but it took way too long. This would be just fine for doing shorter length hair all over. For the sale price it was worth it for me, but I would search for a better one when this stops working.
