Rock Solid! A steal!
I’m a musician (all genres), and I own a recording studio, so high quality sound is my thing. I don’t like to spend loads on these types of earphones because I only use them for when I’m watching television; however, I still want decent quality sound. The cheaper priced ones I’ve had in the past kept working their way out of my ears if I was eating, or they had poor sound quality (particularly bass), or they weren’t loud enough, or all of the above. I paid more than twice the amount for these JBL’s than I’d normally pay for this type of earphones just to use with my tv, but it’s cheaper than having to keep buying cheap ones over and over again, and these are well worth the price. Being in to sound for several decades, I’m very familiar with JBL speakers for their power and excellent build quality, so I knew I couldn’t go far wrong with their earphones, and I was right! For the price, and for my purposes, these earphones tick all the boxes; volume, bass, connectivity! As soon as I start putting them on my ears, they switch on, giving me an audible message, and immediately connects to my device. And when I put them on, they stay on! Pop them in my ear, twist them around my ear, done! I never have to adjust them! They come with an app that allows you to customise some of the functions which is really cool for earphones at this price. Within the app, iIt even has its own multi band EQ! With presets! Or you can customise your own EQ! Multiple versions even! For what these earphones cost, and for what I need them for, they’re more than worth every penny!

Great quality for the price
I don't usually write reviews but I was so happy that for the price I payed these earhooks phones sound so loud and the sound is better than Powerbeats that cost a lot more. Sound not perfect but very good. Jbl app not so good, just 3 presets but you can add customised. I gave 5star because for the price unbelievable good sound and volume. Multipoint woud have been nice (to conect 2 devices in the same time). Very happy with these hope they will improve features in the next version. I was so dissapoinded by other brands... maybe more clear quality on audio but after some time pop out from my ears. These good for exercising. Don't get me wrong these sound very good even if you listen for hours but not so good like the one with ANC.

Good headphones, not sure if just a good as cheap ones
Great sound if you download the app, really tinny if you don’t. Only down side is you have to select bass or jazz not a mix depending on track so some sound amazing on one setting and rubbish on the next. So your playlists need to be consistent

Regretting having bought these...
After having done quite a lot of research on wireless earphones for running, I decided to go with JBL. What's bad: 1. Connection is awful - they disconnect a lot and sound is often interrupted and scatty 2. Gestures don't work particularly well - there are significant delays between when you press play/pause and when the sound stops/resumes. 3. Sound during phone calls is fairly quiet, to the point it's difficult to hear. 4. The charging case keeps not chargin the left earbud. I am covered by warranty but it takes them week to repair them and send them back - given I use these for running and don't have an alternative, it means I can't send them back. The things I like: 1. The ambient aware function (it lets you hear your sorroundings whilst listening to music) is quite good 2. The are comfortable to wear when walking/running. Given the price, I'm sure there are much better options around.

Recommend for sport
Bought these for cycling and biggest challenge was finding some that were comfortable and secure, these have done the trick perfectly. It’s been mentioned on others reviews, which I would agree, they could do with a little more volume and surprisingly as they’re JBL, they lack the bass that I would like. However App is simple and great, which I commend in a world of over complicated tech. I have some Sony over ear headphones and the app is over complicated in my opinion, so this one is refreshing. Overall, good value for money, battery life excellent and pleased with my purchase for what I bought them for.

They do the job and last.
It's taken me ages to find a good pair or running earbuds and these are by far the best I have had. I left it for a year as I wanted to make sure they lasted. Most ear buds had not lasted more than a few months. I have had to send these back for repair once, and so I would really like to give them 4.5 stars. However, they were replaced when I did so without too much of a problem. I have bought both cheap and expensive ones before and , if you sweat a lot like me, they simply don't last. The worst ones I ever bought were from Beats and they cost well over twice as much as these. The customer service with beats was truly awful. If you do a lot of running, and sweat a lot, I think these are worth the money. I can now, one year later, confirm that these are built for the job. You need to thoroughly clean and dry them after a good run, and occasionally use rubbing alcohol on the diodes, but this will make them last, which is better than any other I have found.

Comfortable and good sound quality
Easy to pair with phone and exercise bike. Good sound quality. Once I downloaded the JBL app, I’m now able to see how much battery they have etc. I like the fit over the ear as they feel secure even when doing a heavy workout. Highly recommend.

Not Good for Intense Workouts
So after testing in gym I decided to return these after a couple of days. Some of the basics I found a let-down were; 1) Comfort - I tried all the bud sizes, and it just did not sit comfortably and was kind of painful after more than an hour of use. 2) Sound quality, its not awful, but its not great either. Pretty quiet and not very good at blocking out external noise when in a busy gym or walking in a busy street. 3) The touch controls were incredibly frustrating, as they continuously come loose you have to adjust them in your ear repeatedly. The touch controls are hyper sensitive so you end up pausing, skipping or turning on annoying audio amplification effects. 4) Running on treadmill was a horrible experience, there was a constant popping/clicking noise though the entire run and really took me out my flow. The stair master was the same. They were ok on elliptical or rower due the machine keeping you in a more secure position, however they were constantly slipping out my ear once I built a healthy sweat.
