Femometer 20 Ovulation Test Strips Kit with 20 Urine Cup (20LH) with App (iOS & Android)

I bought these test strips because I also have the femometer thermometer and I love the thermometer. I have PCOS and have to take letrozole just to ovulate every month. I started testing 3 days after my last letrozole pill and every day since took the picture of the tests and the app said 0 lh. Well this morning my bbt just confirmed that I ovulated 4 days ago but yet according to the tests I still had a 0 lh. Will not be buying these tests again. Just purchased easy@home brand which I know works.

My predicted ovulation is today! I’ve been testing with these strips since 2/1 and all I haven’t gotten and positive strips. I took a Clearblue ovulation test and positive surge!! Femometer strips are worthless. Very disheartening for someone trying to conceive.

Unsure of how truly accurate these are.

Never worked waste of money

For the record, I'm neither attempting to get pregnant nor have any plans to do so in the future, but I feel it's important to know what my body is doing. There aren't a lot of at-home ways to keep track of all the mysterious stuff happening inside us, so this testing system offers a rare opportunity to do that - and easily! I especially appreciate that a urine cup is included with the ovulation strips, since that makes the process so much simpler (not to mention less messy). I guess there's no way I can know for SURE if this product is accurate without going to a doctor or, y'know, successfully being impregnated, but I don't have any reason to doubt this product or this company - everything came well-packaged and feels professional - so until proven otherwise (which I don't expect to happen) it's a 5-star rating from me!

Luckily I test with two different tests near ovulation- these show the same result (low LH surge) at every point in my cycle. Splurge for First Response or another more reliable test!

it helped me get a diagnosis

This product doesn't work. I took the test every 2 days starting the 7th day after the first day of my period (I started my period, 7 days later I took the test and continued taking it every 2 days after that) until I started my period again and I never got a positive result that I was ovulating. The test looked the exact same every time indicating I wasn't ovulating. At first I thought I wasn't ovulating - I did research to see if it's possible to bleed and not ovulate (it is) and worrying - trying not to overreact after only one month of tests - that I would never be able to get pregnant. Then I read the other reviews. Don't waste your money on this. I will be calling the company for a refund.
