Ok, here I go.... I don't know where to start. I had pretty high good expectations with this bike. It is certainly a very nice looking bike but.... one of the things I decided to buy this one was because in the description says ITEM WEIGHT 30 LBS. No, isn't. It is almost 37 Lbs. It was pretty easy to assemble but it needs some adjustments anyway by a professional; the chain and speed changes, is not getting the most little disc. I tested it today, did a ride around 10miles. The last 2 miles the pedals had a weird sound combined with some other weird sounds in the chain. The brakes sounds sandy from the very beginning. It has some peelings with some sharp liftings all around the metal rim in both wheels. Looks like whoever did mount the wheels, they did a sloppy job; they used a sharped tool that lifted the black coating and left exposed the metal. Just because of this, I think I'll be returning this Bike. See pictures attached from both wheels. I'll keep testing it a little bit more and let you know guys what else.

This is a nice, entry level fat tire bike. Not fancy, but much better than what you'll find in a big box store. Unfortunately, the size listed as 17" isn't 17". My daughter typically rides a 17", so that's what I ordered. It is clearly marked on the frame as a 15". So, it will work, but it feels a tad small for her. She is right between sizes (15 vs. 17), but prefers the 17" size. They should correct this before selling more 17" frames and delivering 15" frames.

Wanted to love this bike but guess it wasn't happening. Bought this for my wife as she loved mine so much, I got the Argus Sport version, so I got her the smaller Trail version. Everything was great until it was ridden, and it pulled severely to your left. Rechecked my assembly work and everything was dead on. I also used a torque wrench, so I was sure I wasn't overtightening things. Took it to a bike repair shop and they couldn't even fix it. The guy there rode it around the parking lot and noticed the same deal with it pulling left and even referred to it as dangerous to ride. All in all, after they checked a few other things, they suggested that the frame or fork could have been tweaked in shipment or even the factory. So, thank goodness that I had a few days left on my return and away it went back to Amazon. Which is another lesson I learned in this process; save the box it comes in as it cost me over $200 to have UPS package the thing up to ship it back.

I would has given 5 stars as the bike is just a beautiful beast but, the front derailer was not adjusted and front disc brakes needed adjustment. Simple install but i think the gears and brakes should be at least ready and only require minor adjustments.
