There is no taste to these and no stomach upset. The texture of the pill is smooth and quality is good. I can't say my hair is growing but its not falling out as much. My skin looks good. My hair dresser says my hair is softer, and does not feel like straw. So that means I will continue to use.

My wife is a long time customer. She loves the way it helps to keep her hair and nails healthy and strong.

Does what it advertised to do

I've taken these for years. They help with my splitting nails, and help keep my hair healthy. The results are definite. The only problem is the pills in the container are clumped in a ball, and I'm hoping they haven't Somehow been exposed to moisture.

I've used these vitamins for years and they help my nails and hair. I've read some reviews and they said they smelled bad but they just smell like vitamin B vitamins to me. Lol

I stopped taking these for 3 mos and took another similar one. This one is much more effective. Not sure what ingredients are helping or that it is the purity of the product. I'm sticking with this and hope that the hair i loss will grow back!
