I was skeptical about this product but after four weeks of continuous use, I noticed the change. My energy levels are up, feel a lot more motivated to do things around the house, sleep better and overall I feel many years younger.

They arrived clumped together but I took them out of the bottle and separated each one and they were fine after that. I am known to tell everyone "I'm tired" but now I hardly say it. I am only 27 but I am starting to feel the difference from my younger 20's. This has improved my overall energy levels. I can get thru the day without needing a nap and I no longer get sleepy at the wheel. My skin has also been a lot better and I feel better overall.

Has anyone else experienced drowsiness with this? Three of us tried it, and it made all of us sleepy, but we can’t figure out why. Normally, it’s supposed to give energy. Are we being affected by something else, or does this product actually cause sleepiness?

Let me begin…I’m 50…yea…Usually that’s the time when it all begins… Crashing and burning…foggy brain and hurting joints…No energy and heart issues…Sometimes it feels like I’m falling apart more and more every hour…so i decided to do something about it. First of all i got my Menopause hot flashes and insane mood swings in order.(Taking natural Black Cohosh supplement for that) Now need to deal with everything else. After one day I already felt a huge improvement so I’m very excited. Ordered couple just so I can test it but now you have a customer for life because I don’t feel any more pressure around my heart. Brain fog got better in about couple hours (hopefully it will be gone away soon completely !) I’m so excited! Taking NAD+ with Instaflex and black Cohosh supplement. Every morning Plius some vitamins. If you 50+ I would highly suggest it!Will update in a week

From reading the reviews I had super high expectations for this supplement. I am now 5 days in and I feel no different throughout the day, I don't feel like I have more energy, and with that said it's not keeping me up at night or giving me any weird side effects either so I guess that's a plus. However, it's not working for me. While I read a lot of reviews that justified the number of stars that I decided to leave on this review, I leave my bias opinions out of my reviews purposely because not everything works for everybody. But when I read reviews from older people in their 70s saying that they had less brain fog and had more energy and then also people of my age and their 40s feeling a lot better, I figured something would change. Again, I'm glad that it works for those that have left five stars and great reviews, but I have to wonder how much of that is psychological and how much of that is actually the product. As I decided to look up and understand more of what our body produces and how this helps that, like much of the supplements that we ingest, if you're not missing the chemical makeup in your body to need this, it's not going to do anything for you. Needless to say I obviously don't have a problem nor do I need the supplement. My hunt for more energy and to not have ADHD paralysis continues. It's really too bad as I had high hopes but by day five you know whether something's going to work or not.

This product is life-changing. My skin never looks so much better. I have energy and I just have an overall glow about myself. The capsules are easy to swallow. Absolutely no taste and the price is right on. I highly recommend this product.

I have used NAD for 3 months and noticed I started getting achy headaches all day AND my heart was racing at night. I have no heart issues and am pretty healthy otherwise. I also became a nervous wreck. I looked up side effects of NAD and all of these things are listed. I am surprised it effected me this way. I was definitely more clear and more focused. I loved that quality. But I am going to cut the pill in half and not take it as often as everyday and see if that helps. Maybe the high milligram content had something to do with the side effects. I have 2 bottles to get through still.
