Well the benefits are why I am giving the 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The taste is salty, but it is what it is... if you want to have the support, then just chug the salty tasting electrolytes. I am in my 48th hour of a water fast. I took the half scoop of electrolytes in water. So far, these are a great support during this extended fast.

These are the best value per serving of electrolytes (without a bunch of added nonsense) that I've been able to find. They have a mild mineral taste in my tea (I use the small scoop for daily use) that I find pleasant with a little lemon juice. I sweat a lot with daily martial arts training + running, and this supplement has corrected my electrolyte imbalances and kept me on track since then. I do also use them in the higher dose for my weekly fasting day, and they have significantly reduced the amount of stomach cramps and headaches I get while fasting.

Could not be happier. Useful as a clean, simple and complete electrolyte mix, and as a substitute for table salt. The powder is superfine and goes in anything. We even used it for the pinch of salt in OATMEAL, and it was a healthier salt substitute that made the meal more satisfying. We're using it not only for electrolyte balance but also to clarify when hunger is hunger (vs nutrient craving), and as a food salt substitute (in moderation). One test we use for electrolyte mixes is to pour some one a plate, lick your finger, and dab some on a damp finger to taste it as-is. Does your body say it is food? YES, THIS IS FOOD, and it is GOOD. It addresses a spectrum of cravings. The packaging bag is thick and strong, well-sealed so don't worry anymore about those 2024 reviews about packaging defects. Those are often a shipment/handling issue but the bag is now so sturdy I think it's a nonissue.

I do a weekly 24-hour fast and these Fast Lyte Fasting electrolytes have been the best I’ve had! Subtle taste and easier on my stomach than most others. Definitely recommend!

My first purchase was fine. The 2nd purchase all it seemed to be is baking soda. I did not get the desired affects like the first time. The 2nd experience was negative. No positive affects and only tasted strongly like baking soda. I'm very frustrated. Now I have to look for another electrolyte powder. I feel like I got riped off from my last purchase! Not the same product. UPDATE: I came back to this product and tried it again and stuck with it. I find it helpful once getting used to the taste. I got another packet and it works like the first one I bought. I don't know what was up with the second package. But anyhow, I'm back using it several times a day and even got a few friends to order theirs packages too. ☆ I'm changing the one star rating up to four stars and will evaluate it again down the road 😊

Be mindful the amount of the servings changes when you get it. On the picture it says that it has more mg but when I got the product, all the ingredients decreased the amount (See the picture that I will take and compare my picture with the one posted here) Now I don’t know if I’m really consuming real ingredients….

I'm sure this supplement does what it needs to do but I can't stand the taste. Its not so bad that I won't use it but I won't purchase it again.

it is a bit salty when you first try it, but I just started with less and slowly worked my way up. I really enjoy the taste now, I prefer to drink it mixed in hot water, and image it is a nice warm soup broth.
