Unreliable - needed repairs after 1 year, died after 2
Adequate PC, a little slow. Died just within warranty so had to return for repair. Replaced motherboard, but about a year later died again. I now have a dead lump of metal 2 years after buying. Not pleased. Would not recommend.

I would want to return the product but it not powering on means I can’t even reset

Fast, clear, lightweight; but has a network adapter issue.
Great display, keyboard and trackpad. Starts up quickly, and no issues with performance. Lightweight but well built. My only gripe is that, after an overnight or weekend break, it nearly always tells me "No network adapter was found", and invites me to re-install it. This always requires a restart, which is a real nuisance.

Great laptop, awful technical support.
Bought the laptop for some work on the go, which it has assisted with greatly. However straight out of the bag when the first system update got installed, it had to roll it back, as it was incompatible. Done so every time I restarted the laptop. Since there was no real need, I have simply put it to sleep most of the time instead of switching off, to avoid the process of update being installed and then reverted. Eventually was doing some work offline, which prompted the laptop to not check for compatibility and simply install the pre-loaded update without resetting afterword. As a result, got a laptop stuck at system repair loop. No normal options of rolling back from an external drive or uninstalling updates work. Repair service couldn't help either, will try to send directly yo Lenovo to have them take a look.
