Has anyone tried using this to stick up coat hooks on timber to a plasterboard wall? Says it can hold up 300kg so assume should be ok?

No, it dries hard and is best inside, unless painted over witha suitable exterior paint.

Will it stick ‘peel and stick’ floor tiles that don’t stick!

I personally don't know as I did not use it for that. I used it for gluing beading to wood, but it was rubbish. Although initially it appeared to stick, after a few weeks the beading became unstuck to the wood. I would not buy it again.

Can you squeeze it out of the tube?

No,the tube is solid plastic,it has to be put in a gun
