So far I love this product, and my cats even more! It’s very simple and easy to install. Once plugged in you see the water falling from the two faucets, perfect for my cats. I can tell they’re drinking significantly more water, since it is filtered and clean, even within the first couple of days of changing from regular bowls to these water fountains. Although meant to work as a water fountain for cats, I find the subtle waterfall sound soothing and relaxing.

I’ve had this water fountain for about a month now and I wanted to wait before making a review. I absolutely LOVE this water fountain. It’s extremely silent, my pets don’t spill the water everywhere and it can be put in the dishwater since it’s stainless steel. I have recommended this to other pet parents because of how good this is. The amount of water it can hold is great too. I have two cats and a yorkie and I only need to refill about once a week (sometimes twice if they’re extra thirsty). Overall, I recommend this product if you’re looking for a water fountain for your pets!

Not gonna lie, I just had a stainless steel bowl that I would clean out every couple days for my cats, so I was worried about changing their water. But, it is easy to assemble, and the cats love it! It holds a LOT of water and truly is quiet. It sounds like the smallest water trickle. Also, customer support is great. If you reach out to them and have any issues with your pump, they will replace it for free.

So far, I’m impressed with the Rellaty Cat Water Fountain! My cat loves it, and the gentle water sound is soothing and quiet, which is a big plus. I haven’t had to clean it yet, but I’ve heard this model is much easier to maintain than others. The stainless steel design not only feels more hygienic but also adds a sleek, chic touch to my home. Overall, a great choice for a stylish and functional pet water fountain!

My kitty loves it. It does have a small vent on the corner but it's very small and I don't think it's any issue that I would return it for if it was a big dent. BUT being that it's so small no big deal.easy to put together + my kitty loves it and it came with a nice amount of filters. If I had more animals I s big enough for a few pets.I would buy it again. But I don't. So it's plenty . I really do think it's a nice quality product and for the price it's worth it!Stormy got some very nice Christmas gifts this year. He's very appreciative of all I got him, oops Santa brought, LOLI think he's set for now and next year idk if I can , Santa can you this years gifts for him. He my buddy my constant companion n & I love spoiling him. He knows he's bless as am I. Thank you it's a very good quality product!, no leakage & functions great!!! My cat loves this waterer. I always use filtered water, same as we drink; it seems to stay clean longer than normal.I find a 12 ounce number to work nicely to add water. If it starts spitting out bubbles, the water level is almost below the pump; time to add water immediately!I use Dawn to clean, please make sure to rinse the waterer well before returning it to service, your cat will not like otherwise!

I’ve been using this fountain for my two cats exactly two weeks now and I’m so much happier with it than the three plastic ones we’ve tried. The difference is shocking. My cats have always responded better to a fountain than a bowl/dish, but they drink more water now than ever before. I strongly attribute this to how clean the water is kept in between manual cleanings.After the first week of usage I emptied and rinsed the reservoir before filling it up with filtered water. I just did the first filter change and deep clean - WOW. There hasn’t been ANY slime/mold build up any time I’ve refilled it, and the amount of hair floating around when I did the deep clean was minimal. It came with a little straw brush to get into the nooks and crannies so I felt good about it being clean. I haven’t been using the T shaped attachment, I don’t think the cats liked the flow speed/noise level with it on, so I can’t speak to the cleanliness of that, but the rest of it has been so easy to keep clean so far.Hopefully the pump lasts a while, but I greatly appreciate that you can buy a replacement one if needed.I like that the base is almost as wide as the top, one of my cats is a master at pulling the lids off of the fountains and knocking the basin over. He hasn’t been able to knock this over, even though he’s been trying!!The only thing about this that I would change is to add a thin plastic window, maybe on the short side, that lets you quickly see the water level without taking the lid off. That being said it does put off a low humming when the water is very close to the minimum so it’s easy to tell when more needs to be added. Highly recommend this fountain!!

This is a well-made water fountain with a sleek stainless steel design that holds a good amount of water. The filtration system works well, and I appreciate that it comes with extra filters. It’s also fairly quiet, which is a big plus.Unfortunately, my cat just wasn’t interested in it. I was hoping she’d love having fresh, flowing water, but she still prefers her regular bowl. What can you do? Cats will be cats and some are just picky & that’s okay! She did enjoy playing in it, dunking her paws in.Another downside is that a biofilm layer forms on the bowl pretty quickly, so it really needs to be cleaned daily to keep it fresh just like any other cat water dish/bowl.Overall, it’s a good fountain if your pet enjoys drinking from one and you don’t mind the extra maintenance. Just be prepared for some daily upkeep!
