The “Employee of the Month” lapel pins have a nice design, but unfortunately, one of the pins arrived chipped right out of the box. It’s a bit disappointing since these are meant to be recognition awards for employees. The rest of the pins were fine, but the chipped one makes me question the overall quality. They’re still a decent value for the price, but I would’ve expected better durability.

The front of the pin is nicely designed, however many of the pins backing fall off and got lost. I purchase this item as a reward for my students and was disappointed by the quality.

I purchased these to present to employees on our "Customer Service Week' for the Provincial government department we work for. They were good quality and employees were happy to get them along with a personal 'Thank you' card. The were excellent quality and a very good arrival time.
