Brilliant tool.
Why didn't I get one of these years ago, all that time wasted wrestling with a large screwdriver. Worked brilliantly first time and highly recommended.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.
This makes changing pads, bleeding brakes and general set up of hydraulic brakes a doddle. In the Park Tool instructions it states to push the pistons back in while the old pads are still fitted, then change the pads. I have modified my press slightly and fitted some blue heat shrink over the blade so I can use it on any pads and not have to replace them afterwards. Blue heat shrink to match the Park Tool blue theme. All in all, an excellent tool, you could use a plastic tyre lever, but this is so much more effective and gives more leverage.

Great tool, avoids damaging pads
I bought this to service my hydraulic brakes on my bike. Although people suggest you can use a flathead screwdriver to achieve the same results, you risk damaging the pads and the pistons.

Ideal for centring brake pads
As expected from the Park Tool company, a fine quality product. Simple and well made. Expensive but worth the investment.

Does what it says on the tin
During Bike transit, with the front wheel off my brake lever was pressed causing the pistons to close together and closing the gap of the disc pads i ruined the pads forcing apart using a screwdriver. This tool eliminates that problem and helps with piston reset when changing the pads. Excellent tool
