I always buy these, they give me more energy. Easy to chew, but you can swallow them. They are high strength Vitimtain B12, which helps your body and your brain. I've been taking these for months now and I definitely notice a difference.

Lovely taste, seem to be effective as per blood test results..
Lovely tasting, melt in your mouth chewables. My B vitamin levels were fine during my blood test this week so I suppose the tablets work for their intended purpose. I would buy these again as I like the taste and the fact that they dissolve in your mouth.

Slow to dissolve
I bought these because my usual favourite brand wasn’t available. I like the high dose but not so keen on the taste & they take much longer to dissolve under the tongue which is the preferred way to take any B12 supplement. Otherwise, they do the job
