Great for joint health, but be patient for results
The Lindens Green-Lipped Mussel capsules are an excellent supplement for joint care. I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now, and I’ve already started to notice less stiffness and discomfort in my knees, particularly after exercise. The 1,000mg dosage seems to provide the right amount of support, and I appreciate that it’s made in the UK with quality ingredients. It’s important to note that the results aren’t immediate – it took about 2-3 weeks for me to feel a noticeable improvement, but it’s definitely been worth the wait. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the bottle is good value for the 90 capsules. Overall, I’m happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for natural joint support. I’ve given it 4 stars as it took a bit of time to work, but it’s effective in the long run.

Worth a try for older dogs with mobility issues
9 year old black lab, beginning to slow down on her regular early morning walk, stiff at times around hips. 3 weeks of Green lipped mussel, 1 capsule a day with her meal in the evening, the stiffness has gone and her energy levels have definitely increased. Added bonus no need to break the capsule open she eats it straight from the bowl!

This stuff works
Works well makes a huge difference. But the packaging needs to be improved. Being in a bag allows the capsules to break and all the rest get covered in the powder. Never happens with Holland and Barrett as they use a bottle

It works !
I have used Green Lipped Mussel periodically for at least 15 years. The effect of taking these capsules has always been positive ie getting rid of discomfort in my joints. My problem is that once the pain has gone, I don’t have the discipline to keep taking the capsules. At age eighty I had developed painful knees - so back to the green lipped mussel formula - and within five/six days the pain has gone. I am so pleased to have discovered how brilliant this medication is at removing joint pain so long ago.
