The media could not be loaded.  I rarely give a five star review and I will go back and change it if I should deem it necessary after some use. However, my first initial impressions are very good.Installing will take some DIY experience with plumbing, specifically when it comes to making sure that threads are taped correctly and rubber washers are used correctly.Specially take special care when it comes to attaching the splitter to your main before attaching the extension. You’ll need to double up on the washers. Then you’ll want to double the washers on the hose connection to the splitter as well.Remember to re tape threads of you have to remove for any reason.The quality of the product is good, with care and attention to function it should last.Shower head and handheld have great pressure and the jet feature on the handheld is great for cleaning. I could see this being used for out doors showers like a pool easily.

We decided to buy a filter for our shower and in doing so felt that we needed a new shower head togo with it. I found and read the reviews on this particular one and even watched a few videos. The feature that caught my eye was the size of the shower head (which is way larger than I expected) and also the rain water feature. as well as the hand held wand. Being able to easily access the hand wand and switch it to the shower is probably the best feature of all. It was so easy to install. Very sturdy and made well! We love it and highly recommend!

I like the rainfall showers. They are relaxing and still get the job done as far as washing the grime of the day off a body. The last one I had lasted 10 years then the plastic decided to snap and it was time to go showerhead shopping.I looked at quite a few but ultimately chose this one due to the wider size. Now I do not need the shower to be big enough for 2, so the suggestive advertising picture is pointless to me, but I suppose that draws in another crowd. I liked that it was wider so I could move around and still stay comfortably nestled under the warm rainfall. No one likes a cold tush, or elbow when showering.The shower was easy to install. You do not need an engineering degree to put it up and get it functioning and they give you several cute little rolls of teflon tape. The tape is necessary to prevent leaks and they give you more than enough to get the job done.There are several pieces to put together but the instructions are fairly easy to understand. I think it took me around 30 minutes to get the old shower pieces taken off and the new showerhead put on and working with no leaks. A few tools are required but nothing that most people do not have in their toolboxes.I really like the handheld showerhead. The variety of sprays is extremely nice, but what I love most is the cleaning setting. It shoots out a strong stream at the end (top?) of the handheld head that clears out any gunk that might have accumulated in the corners and seams of your shower. It is an amazing tool for keeping things clean. That said, make sure you switch the setting and flip the levers so the main showerhead gets the water BEFORE you shut your shower off. If you do not, you will have a wet ceiling when you turn it on for the next shower. Don't ask me how I know that.There are a few drawbacks to this showerhead. The first is if you have hard water, keeping the spray nozzles clean will be chore and one you will have to be regular about. The main showerhead is thin, very thin and any buildup will create problems quickly. It isn't a major issue to keep it clean, but this style requires regularity in the cleaning process.The second thing, which also is not a huge deal, but when you shut off the shower, the water will drain out slowly from the showerhead. It creates a little curtain of rapidly cooling water which is not pleasant, you will want to do a little dance around the draining water to prevent getting wet as you are drying yourself off. Just something to be aware of if you are the sort that towel dries while still standing in the shower.Overall, I recommend the showerhead. Its easy to install, has fairy clear instructions and enough extra tape to get the job done. It has a few drawbacks but none of them are deal breakers for me.

The media could not be loaded.  Update 3/10/2024I am changing my rating on this product from 1 star to 5.I contacted the seller and I explained the problem, i told them i didn't want money back and only would like to exchange the shower head. It took about 3 weeks and I had delivery, and it was completely new set.I appreciate this , my new set works great, thanks so much.First, I would like to say I would love this shower and handle and would give 5 stars but ... I ordered it in July 2023 however in May I broke my leg with a lot of complications and I was in rehab for a few months. I asked my friend to install this shower in my guest bathroom and he did. In November finally, I was able to walk but I was using the handle or my other bathroom to shower. A week ago I took a shower in my guest bathroom instead of my bedroom bathroom and I noticed water all over my walls and around my electric plug, thinking that standing under the shower was too much splash and I only have a 3/4 height of a wall and water was splashing over. Today I found the problem, the corner of my shower head has a hole, and it does not close the edges of the top and the bottom plates of the shower head. A strong stream hits the wall and water goes over the top of my wall. If there were no hole I would give it 5 stars but I can't. I don't think I can return the shower head because it was purchased in July 2023 so I have to spend more money to buy another shower head, on the other hand, I think that things like this should last more than just a few months and the top was used twice. I really would like this set but it is a problem which can't let me use it. Also please notice in the video I opened the water just a little bit because splashes all over the walls and over it. annoying

Over all - great shower heads - the 12” rain shower head portion is wonderful for great water saturation - the pressure was adequate, the hand held component is a little heavy. As far as installation - there was one connection that connects to the main spout does drip a little when turned on - even though directions were followed exactly. Great value for the money!

Install super easy and the self adhesive for the hand wand is rock solid , rainfall is like putting on a warm blanket of water haha really love it and the hand held has great pressure, it's the best of both worlds
