I chose this product because it mentioned that the body was made of cast metal compared with some others which were made of plastic. The product arrive well within the estimated delivery time. It felt quite solid and able to take strong pull force. Some idiot had pushed the driver's door on my daughters new Audi A1 while parked somewhere and driven off without leaving any details.I washed the affected area with detergent, cleaned the panel thoroughly and dried it. I also cleaned the suction pad on the puller in the same manner. The puller stuck on quite firmly and I gave it a hefty pull - there was a loud "POP" and the dent was mostly repaired, leaving only a small crease which can only be seen when you really look for it. My daughter was well pleased with the result and all for less than £8. Solidly made product at a very good price.

This product works great on a completely flat surface, but I bought it for a big dent in my car door, and because of the shape of the door with a curve in it, it didn't work for the purpose I bought it....hence the 4 stars

I purchased this for dent removal but had to return it as it was not suited to my application. The device was well made however and could be used for many things around the household. Metal construction body and cheap to buy.

Had a large dent in my BMWs passenger door with a quote of £150+ to remove by a specialist company removing the door interior and pushing out. This suction pad worked instantly on the the outside of the door and now the dent has completely gone. Highly, highly recommended. Car door looks good as new and took less than 2 minutes to do.

Used it to lift a 55'' LED panel on a 4K Panasonic TV after view LED backlight reflectors have fell off.Cleaned the suction surface with window cleaner first as well as the LED panel.Great suction, not to excessive to pop the screen which is a thin and very flexible sheet of glass.Aluminium body feel great.Yes, rubber smells a bit from close, but thats what rubber does and I wouldn't keep that in the front room all the time anyway, its in the garage where I can't smell it.Can't fault it.Usually Silverline tools are not very durable or good quality, but these cups are great.Bought 2 due to the size of the panel.

This does not work on cars made from plastic parts on the outside. The suction is really poor

Arrived in good time, used this on my wife car after someone had put a large dent in the passenger door. Was easy to fix over the damaged area and when pulled, the bulk of the dent was came out leaving 2 small dents.

WOW that thing is really handy if you need to lift heavy glas or other smooth surface like objects. I even used it as an ankerpoint on the car to attach a tent with some cable ties. worked as well very good.So if you need a very well made suction handle with loads of power, then you are absolutely right to buy this one.The only thing you need to be aware of is that the suction pad is pretty huge (more than 10cm) so it is not usable for tiny things.
