No more scrambling for specific coin batteries that you never find!The scale provides a helpful guideline to your body stats, including weight, body fat percentage, BMI, and other metrics. While these measurements might not be perfectly clinical-grade accurate, they give a very useful overview and you can track changes over time, which what I was looking for.The app is another highlight. It's user-friendly and quite intuitive to navigate. Connecting the scale is a breeze – it pairs quickly and reliably every time so far, no issues. The stats are presented clearly and concisely, making it easy to understand your progress and track your fitness journey. Would recommend if you're looking to start tracking these things and don't want to spend hundreds on a smart scale.

I am a student of accredited Human Nutrition degree and we use various professional equipment for body composition readings at the university. I have tested this scale against our very expensive bio-impedance scale and they both have pretty similar readings, which only shows that this is a good quality personal body composition scale! Obviously, there will always be differences in results from various body composition methods as the perfect method wasn't discovered yet, except post mortem tissue analysis! So far, bio-impedance methods are highly accurate and good indicator of where you stand. This scale is very easy to use and the fact that you can connect it to your phone is pretty awesome! The value is also great, I can only recommend!

Overall a good addition to our fitness goals as it helps to track many metrics beyond just weight and BMI including specifically visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, hydration level etc, and even gives tips on managing any aspect of your health which is not in the healthy green zone through the mobile app!
