The ingredients are listed on the packaging as : Aqua; Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonia, Glycerin, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cyclohexasiloxane. All I can say is it works and quickly to remove heat and itch from affected areas. I think that a new version may now be available, this information refers to one I purchased last year.
