Sometimes I know that a food is good for me but I don't eat enough of it....mainly because I read a lot about the nutraceutical value of specific foods, make a note of something but in any given day, how would it be possible to ingest enough of every high quality food in order to extract maximum nutrition...especially when there are so many different options. I decided to choose a supplement company I trust and not one that advertises every few minutes on radio or TV....and that has been Pure Synergy who has a history of satisfied customers and always seem to be evolving with new formulas, using whole foods. I love that whole foods are always used in their products, they are also GMO free and organic. I can't help but be blown away with the concept that a pill of this olive extract is equal to the health benefits of consuming a liter bottle of extra virgin olive oil. I kept asking myself "do they mean one BOTTLE of pills equals one liter bottle or one PILL equals a whole liter bottle of oil?" I'm assuming the description was worded correctly....and each time I take one pill, it's like consuming a bottle of high quality extra virgin olive oil, minus all the calories... I don't know...this just seemed like a no brainier to me....getting so many benefits from olive oil and just having to take one pill per day...I've taken this for a few days....can't say I notice anything special....I just trust this company and trust what they're saying about the benefits of taking these pills...Time will tell...but I know I would purchase this again..I feel fine taking it and feel really happy I found such a wonderful company I really trust!

I keep this in hand always. Comes with me when I travel. If I start to feel sick I immediately take this twice a day and it goes away within a day or two. Knocks out a cold in two days! Helps with inflammation, too!

I take this supplement everyday. I would like to know, however, the exact amount of oleocanthal it contains.
