... and quite happy with it for the price, for a beginner.I use mine for cake decorating and having never used any other airbrush, I couldn't compare to others. I am only a beginner so haven't attempted anything approaching fine detail, but for basic even colouring and shading it meets my needs.It's described as low noise, but sounds noisy to me - although not having used other airbrushes, I don't know how it compares to others. It gets hot fairly quick, but since I only use it in short bursts this isn't problematic for me. It hasn't reached the point where it has automatically shut off due to overheating. It can be a little inconsistent in the spray coming through the brush regardless of how full the cup is or pressure on the trigger. It's not mentioned in the product description if this is a piston based compressor (and I don't know enough about them to know the difference) but from other other airbrush reviews this may be behind the inconsistency.There is a hole I assume is a rest for the airbrush itself, although doesn't hold it securely, and being in an unfortunate place considering its' elephant shape, coupled with a mysterious health and safety "Do not insert eyewinker into airbrush" perhaps this isn't the intended purpose!A more experienced airbrush user would probably go with something a bit more expensive but for infrequent beginners use, it's fine.

I actually bought this to clean the power socket of my iPhone 5! It keeps accumulating lint and stuff from my trouser pocket and then won't charge. I sent the last iPhone 5 back to Apple and they sent me a new one. This works OK for that but I was disappointed to find how weak it is. It only comes with a spray-painting tool which is OK as an air-gun but I wish there was an actual air-gun included. It isn't very noisy ("Completely Silent"!!!) and looks OK (albeit in a strange twisted Asian way - a silver toy elephant? Fortunately I lived in Japan for a couple of years so am used to their aesthetics - Hello Kitty screwdrivers?!) and is fairly conveniently small.

It's cheap as chips and as useful as an airbrush compressor as a bag of chips. the compressor loses pressure after a second or two of use. Even as an intro compressor I wouldn't recommend it.

This 'Silent' compressor is far from silent. It's very noisy indeed; not as loud as a hoover or food processor, but more the volume of a hairdryer. It emits a spluttery rumble, like a small engine. This isn't ideal for me, as I live in a first-floor flat and i am very mindful of my neighbours below and next door. I've used it for about 15 minutes on 2 or 3 occasions, that's about as much as i can bare, as i'm very conscious that I might be irritating my neighbours.

Excellent little starter set. if this is your first step in airbrushing its a great buy.I bought this to replace my need to use spray can paint, which really smelled, this however makes no nasty smells (using acrylic paints)Takes up hardly any space and looks great! may upgrade to a better airbrush in the future, but for now is more than enough for my needs.

If you like me live on a small appartment and don't have room for huge tools, then this is the airbrush kit to go for. It makes noise but nowhere as much as i would have expected of it. The airbrush itself is great and the air hose is realy flexable.The only downgrade i have is that it has a UK plug, but that is expected on a UK site.
