10inch oval banneton proofing basket

I use this proving basket with a 500g flour mix and it fits perfectly. The little brush is ideal for working flour into the cloth or the ridges in the basket itself - the fork isn't much use though. I find it works better with the cloth as, even when I've liberally doused the 'naked' basket with rice flour, the mixture still seems to stick somewhere. Basket is strong and sturdy, I happily recommend.

Quality products that were delivered on time that were as described. Would buy from this seller again and would recommend. I bought the 750g size but would suggest that you buy a bigger size to allow for the dough as it proves/rises. I adjusted and made smaller loaves.

I had considered buying one of these recently as I have just got in to bread making. This one is very good and works a lot better than I expected. Very pleased baker.

As stated before, I cannot do without these proofing baskets when baking bread. The basket will imprint the loaf with lines just as if the loaf had come from a favourite baker. Also, the shape it produced is a very pleasing rotund oval.

Works well. The inner fabric has a thick seam at either end which marks the dough. Without the fabric I've had some sticking despite flouring. Useless accessories

Not quite as enamoured with this as I am of my round one, but it does the job. Nice quality product for the price and the cover cleans well.

Good for proving bread - all good so far.

I have used this a few times to make sourdough and it has worked as expected. It is smaller than I had expected - probably makes a 800g loaf.

Bin positiv überrascht. Superschnelle Lieferung, umweltfreundliche Verpackung, das Körbchen ist toll verarbeitet - sehr gutes Material, schön glatt und super verarbeitet. Es lässt sich sehr gut bemehlen und das Brot bleibt nicht kleben. Auch die Reinigung geht fast von alleine. Es ist geruchsneutral, auch der Leinenbezug riecht nicht. Der beiliegende Teigschaber ist stabil und liegt gut in der Hand. Alles Top, gerne wieder!

Très bon produit va très bien pour mettre en pousse un pain de poids total de 750gr. 1 Kg s'il on veut mais çà déborde vers le haut. En conclusion: Satisfait, je conseille!

Es para panecillos grandes o barritas pequeñas. La funda de lino me encanta: evita que se llene de harina. También es un plus el pincel para limpiarlo y el utensilio para pinchar el pan. Compraré otros productos de esta marca para piezas más grandes de pan. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
