The media could not be loaded. i've never left a review on any product before. i'm so disappointed and should have listened to other reviews that said it there's came shattered. i was thinking well, if it's broken i can just return it or refund — nope. no refunds or returns. just a sad krabby patty mug :(

This arrived broken. I tried to get a replacement but the order keeps coming up as not returnable despite the fact it says on the description it can be replaced if arrived broken. Total rip-off. DON'T BUY!
