This has supplanted CarbZone as my go-to keto bread.It’s essentially rye bread so it needs toasting. Eaten as is, it’s dense and slightly hard to swallow. But toast it and it turns into beautifully crispy, crunchy, toasty toast. Add lashings of real butter and you’ll be in heaven.It’s insanely expensive for the amount you get: 5 small slices per “loaf”. But if you’re keto and you have a bread itch, this will scratch it good and deep.Not for nothing but its texture being so solid means it holds up really, really well under butter and eggs and bacon and all those delicious things. Normal bread tends to mushify under breakfast but this holds up perfectly. It goes chewy in the middle and stays crunchy on the edges.One of the yummiest combinations I’ve discovered is this bread toasted thoroughly with butter so thick you see teeth marks; crispy bacon and slices of ripe avocado with crushed garlic and some apple cider vinegar. It’s heavenly.So, yeah, it’s expensive. But it still ends up being worth every penny.Yum yum yum.

I love the fact that each set of five slices are in packs, so you can keep the rest fresh. The slices are quite small. The bread scores well on ZOE and has a good flavour without the additives you’ll find in other bread. The packs I had were in date for another four months.

bought this product because i became wheat intolerant and it was the best and healthiest option i could find. It seems to agree with me much better so in that sense i delinately can recommend it.The only downside is that it's more expensive than other similar breads so if you have it on a daily basis it can get quite expensive

Love this bread as I'm on low carb diet. It's dense, seedy, moist and chewy... yum.Had problem with one pack out of the 8 having badly sealed vacuum pack and it's contents were mouldy. Contacted Amazon customer services (item is not returnable so you have to talk to C services via a live chat ) The assistant instantly refunded my total purchase price for all the multi pack. Thought that was pretty good service as the other 8 in the pack are absolutely fine. Seems some of the recent batches have suffered with faulty seal on the packs.

3 packs out of 9 have mould visible through the unopened packaging. Of 3 others that I have opened the bread has not taste at all - nothing like it should be. Amazon are indicating I can't get a refund as I am just over the 2 week limit.I should make it clear that it only these 9-pack sales that are the problem. I have just received 6 individual packs from Amazon Fresh that are absolutely fine - still properly sealed and fresh and tasty.

I have bought this bread for years from my local health food store and love the taste.. it is great for a low carb diet, especially when toasted. With Covid lockdown I have had to order it online from this supplier. The first batch of nine was fine but I have just reordered from this supplier and the 2nd batch has not been great: even though the packets are sealed and are all in date the bread taste stale, even when toasted, My best guess is the product is being kept in a warm warehouse or something.So, now the shops are reopening I will be buying it fresher from my health store again . If you are unsure about the taste of this bread try it from a "fresher" source if you can

We've been eating this for quite a few years now and it's our go-to bread, especially for breakfast. Nothing else satisfies with just one slice. It's not cheap, but it is tasty, nutritious, and filling.
