Curtisward Wood Dip Pen Holder With Brause No.29 Index Finger Nib. For Fine Artist Ink Drawing & Writing.

The holder is lovely, a nice bit of wood well turned and polished. The nib is just AWFUL though. It doesn’t even hold enough ink to complete a sentence, even when you’ve splayed the tines a bit. Even the rusty, rotten, falling-to-bits old dip pens we used in art class at school (a LONG time ago now) held more ink than this. I can just about sign my name with it. And my first name is only four letters. Will stick with my glass pen. Even better looking and can easily finish a paragraph or two.
