Took some getting use to eating a tastless gel off a spoon, however the product is amazing, only after three days l started to feel less brain fog and energetic.My only gripe is if your a family that use it daily, it's expensive.

I heard about this and was desperate to try for the renowned benefitsAll I could find were capsules or products with other added ingredients.i was over the moon to find this jar.I mix it in smoothies mainly, you can eat it from the jar but the texture and taste are just slightly too unusual for me but i love taking it.As a sea lover it makes me feel close to the ocean and I believe its revitalising for me.

First time trying this. Has a fresh smell and ran it through a sauce, with extra lime butter salt,pepper and chives was nice over my haddock 6/10 will go better over bass.Also trying it through my breakfast smoothie and gives no extra taste but lifted my energy levels.This product is healthy, good for the inside and outside although it's a little expensive.It goes a long way and freezes well.

I was slightly sceptical due to the 3 week shelf life but upon receipt I realised that there is so many ways to incorporate the gel into day to day life. I normally tend to take sea moss in capsule form but I ordered this in order to up my daily intake. I have also been using this as a face mask with turmeric which was suggested by a friend who has glowing skin!!The gel itself works out cheaper than my normal face mask that I use so I figured that I would just give it a go. I applied the gel and let it dry and was so shocked on how soft and firm my skin was after washing it off.I would 100% recommend. Sea Moss has changed my life!

Good price for the size.I like that it is firm and not runny. However, it doesnt dissolve very well in juice. It dissolves well in tea though. It also has a slight fishy taste and smell and a little gritty. But i bought for the health benefits its supposed to give. So will see if it lives up to the hype

I didn’t think I’d like this as I’m fussy but I can take a spoonful of this a day absolutely fine. I feel lot healthier, my skin has improved & I don’t get breakouts like I used to, I would 100% recommend Millie’s moss

Firstly the product is presented beautifully and the consistency of the gel is spot on. I have been using as a face mask for the last few days and can already see benefits. I also add the gel into my morning smoothies which has improved my energy levels and makes my smoothie nice and thick. Would definitely recommend!
