My husband bought me these tablets and they are little gems. I have long been aware of the benefit of a high dose Vitamin B - especially for women like me going through perimenopause and menopause. Taking these pills has dramatically increased my energy levels and have made me feel much less anxious. I am making so much more productive use of each day - my life has positively changed for the better. It's only since I've been taking these, and have noticed a dramatic surge in my energy levels, that I've realised just how ill I was before I took them. When I say ill, I actually mean I was so tired and exhausted all the time that I felt ill. I wasted so many days with my mind in what I call, a fog, and not feeling like exercising or doing anything that required physical effort. I went to ask advice from my GP several times but no joy. It was only when I did extensive research myself that I discovered the benefits of a high dose vitamin B can help peri and menopausal women suffering from lack of energy and feeling like their brain is in fog. Also - many vitamin manufacturers make tablets so big that people like me cannot swallow them. These tablets from Incite Nutrition are tiny and for me, the perfect size.

Ver good price and easy to take. These vitamins can be quite difficult to trace and can be very expensive.

Bought these some time ago and having had such positive results and I've decided to buy again. I found that in recent years (in my early 40's) I was getting tired alot, having heart palpitations (those are quite scary if you've never had them before, but no immediate danger) and ultimately Doctor tested me for a B12 deficiency and wouldn't you know it, I was deficient and told that my red blood cells were larger that normal and misshapen (apparently that's a thing) and therefore unable to get as much oxygen into my system - I'm no doctor, but it did make sense as to why I was getting the symptoms that I was. I went through the whole 1mg (1000ug) B12 injection process and felt massively better. I try to make sure that I eat foods containing B12, but sometimes notice the palpitations and tiredness coming back so I use these supplements (sometimes with low strength Iron supplement - can't tolerate the high dose stuff) not every day but frequently enough for me to reduce/prevent symptoms recurring No idea if other brands work, but for me this product was a life saver
