2 x Hot Stuff Hand Warmers

i do like this product. they amaze me because all you have to do is boil them up for a few mins to recharge them then they give you 5-10 mins of heat (inside your gloves !) i love renewable energy cos its free and it enhances your independance.

What I particularly like about these hand warmers is that they fit nicely into the palm of my hands. I've used them to warm my hands while watching telly. The added bonus is that I can take them with me when out and about, to help keep my hands nice and warm when it's cold outside.

These Hand Warmers worked great the first time. The heat faded after about 10 mins and were almost cold after 20 mins rather than the 30 claimed, but we expected some exageration!We have re-set several times now with mixed results. Sometimes one or both of the warmers fail to work unless boiled again. 2 weeks on and there is now only mildly useful heat for 5 to 10 mins.

I actually bought these to use on my ankle, as I have damaged the ligaments, and was advised that heat and stretching exercises would help. So, the hand warmers are perfect to put at either side of my ankle. The heat feels quite intense at first, so I put the warmers on the outside of my sock, and hold them in place with another sock over the top. They stay hot for about 20 mins, and are really easy to use. I have used them about 5 times so far, and I have no complaints.I'm not sure that they would stay hot enough for a sufficient length of time if they are used for their original intended purpose, especially outside on a cold day, but they're great for what I need them for.

Ordered two sets of these. They sent one pair but not the second but this was fairly and quickly rectified when brought to attention and another set were sent out.They work ok but for someone with large hands they could make them in different sizes. Stayed warm for about 40 minutes so ideal after de-icing the car and waiting for trains.I would recommend them though and it might be an idea to give various sizes.
