Speaker Sound quality is not that much good, but for watching moving and for work is good

High performance, heavy use daily driver laptop.

I upgraded from a previous version of an HP Pavillion 17-inch touch screen computer. This new HP Envy computer is so much faster than my old one ever was and much lighter. The battery life is much, much longer in my usual day-to-day use. I can typically operate all day on a typical business day on a single charge.I love the lighter design and the true full screen design. Very little wasted edge space on the touch screen. The transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 has generally gone smoothly.A couple of minor negative points. First, it may be listed as having a lighted keyboard. Mine does not. That's not a deal breaker for me, but the model I received implies that it does have it but nothing happens if I try to activate keyboard backlighting. There may be other models in this family of computers that have backlit keyboards. The large touchpad on this computer acts very differently from any of my other laptops with a touchpad. I typically use a mouse (when I can) and I purchased a Bluetooth mouse for use with this computer. But it takes some awareness of what works with this touchpad without making a mess on the desktop or in a browser. It works much better if you really take advantage of the touchscreen to go directly to what you are looking for rather than "dragging" across the touchpad.A selling point is the protection program. I followed the directions provided by Tech-Warehouse to activate this (AKKO) protection program and had a little difficulty getting it to work through my smartphone. The people at Tech-Warehouse were very helpful and responsive and helped make sure that the protection program with AKKO was properly activated.

I am a business writer, working from home. I needed a laptop that would boot up fast, support 35 open tabs for research and 3 or 4 programs, and switch between tabs quickly. I was prepared to spend $2400 for a Dell XPS because many tech articles named it as the top pick (that wasn't an Apple). After I dug into the performance specs, I decided to compare models using what I knew was important to me. I narrowed it down to 3 laptops with 16gb Ram, quad core, and intel i7. One of the others was cheaper, but I chose HP for a few misc. features that appealed to me and because I've had reliable HP laptops in the past. It's got about a 6 hour battery life in practice, and everything I want to do is instant, no buffering or waiting - no matter how many windows I have going at once. Note: I don't work much with graphics and I'm not a gamer, so I can't report on how well it works for those purposes. Bottom line: I'm online all day every day, and I love this laptop...and it was a thousand bucks less than I expected to spend.

I bought HP Envy 17T from Tech warehouseExcellent computer.. super fast and easy to useUnfortunately, because of the windows software updates, there apparently is a conflict that disables the Internet.I am so happy that I bought my computer from Tech Warehouse. Everyone is friendly and professional and I have worked with a gentleman named Daniel on a few occasions.Daniel stays on the phone with me as long as it takes to troubleshoot and resolve my problems. Tech Warehouse and Daniel have exceeded my expectations way beyond what I would think anyone would do.I can’t recommend Tech Warehouse enough to anyone who likes old fashion top service… even after you have already purchased a product. Every time I interact with Tech Warehouse, it’s a 10 of 10 experience.

Even tho I am 'elderly' (hate that connotation) and certainly not a computer whiz who is approaching 80 yrs old WAY too quickly, my connection to the Internet is essential in my daily life. I live quite remotely in a redwood cabin within the redwood forest of Northern California and this device is my only reliable form of communication (unless the power goes out which it often does). Cell phone connectivity is shoddy and sporadic so a functioning laptop is my very best friend. I have had several hp laptops over the past thirty years, each one being somehow better than the last but this one, simply superlative in every way. To date, I've only scratched the surface of learning its inherent capabilities and versatility but just sitting in front of this beautifully designed and executed device is a pleasure all in itself. Honestly, I can't wait to venture further into the infinite digital world that awaits me.Thank you, Tech Warehouse
