This actually helped me get periods on time (it also says it on the pack you need 30 mins exercise as well , which I also do keep in mind) but this tea has helped me manage my pcos so well , there are so many products online now for pcos and I feel this is actually the one which helped me and I'm very thankful for it.

Till date I hv seen less change in my belly fat. But would say it works. After drinking, feel light. My weight was 54.50 kg. Now I m 53.80 kg. Hope eventually it give it's best result, as it claim. Would suggest better than green tea. Taste good.

Can taste more of the ginger than anything which is a bonus for me, teabags are strong and amazing flavours available

I really liked the taste of this tea. it quickly refreshes the mind. i would like to have more than 30/50 bags to buy together.

It is a pretty tea! But for this price and only 10 teabags, I am not sure if it is worth it. Taste is weak but fine.

I personally did not really enjoy the taste. But my best friend loved it. It is good quality tea and comes in pyramid shaped tea bags. I won't take off stars because my personal taste.
