Good quality hay
At last a hay that my bun likes! This hay is excellent quality and a fraction of the price as some of the 'designer' hays being sold. It is always fresh smelling and green with long stems. My house rabbit has tried and tested all the different timothy hays but unfortunately, he turned his nose up at all of them. He's not really a fan of hay but he eats this one, thank goodness. I expect his digestive system thanks him! I use the cheaper supermarket hays to line his litter tray then I layer ample Supreme Science Selective hay on top. That way the good hay isn't wasted. Throughout the day I add more to keep topping up.I also sprinkle some hay with his food pellets. That way he gets to eat more hay. I also put handfuls of hay in all his favourite hiding places to try and encourage him to eat more hay.I've never had a dusty packet (but you expect a little 'dust' to settle at the bottom of any packet just like it does with our breakfast cereals). I would recommend others to try this hay with their buns, especially fussy eaters.

Finally! Hay my rabbit wants to eat!
After my house bunny had a bout of GI stasis, I was determined to find some hay that he wouldn't turn his nose up at. Several purchases of different varieties later (and all rejected) I was at my wits end. Anyone with a rabbit will tell you that hay is so important for their digestive system but once they decide they don't like something that is that! The hay arrived promptly and had a lovely fresh scent about it. Yes it's got small particles within the bag, but that's to be expected - just shake them down to the bottom.Rabbit loves this hay- I've been hiding his pellets in it and he enjoys foraging, munching away on the hay in the process. He's happy and I'm a happy bunny mummy!

Guinea Pigs Love it!
This is the usual hay my guinea pigs have. They love it. I'm surprised at some other reviews saying there is dust, we didn't have this issue at all, quite the opposite. Unlike others we have tried, this didn't seem to have any dust at all. From the moment we put this in their cage, our piggies absolutely loved it. We used for bedding and for eating and they are very happy and thriving.Unfortunately it seems to be out of stock at the moment, I'm hoping Amazon get it back in or we will have some very disappointed pigs.

Piggies love this, seems good quality too!
I was a little wary getting this with the mixed reviews, but I'm really glad I did. In comparison before using this, I was paying £6.30-6.90 for a 1KG bag of Excel, and this costs less than that and it is 2KG.There's a little dust, but not too much, it's what I'd expect. The stems are long, and it's a very good green colour. It smells nice too to be honest, not that I'd eat it! But the piggies love eating this. When I refill their hay feeders, they are straight over and wheeking loads, and I've noticed the florets are always eaten first as well.I've two fully grown boars, and the bag is about an 8th gone after a few days, so it seems it will last quite some time yet.

Very dissatisfied with this months delivery
Have this on subscription for several months now as the chinchillas seem to like it for variety in their diet, and no complaints until today. Sadly, the bag seems empty and tbh it’s just a bag of dust. I get that seasons change but it’s very unfair to send the same weight but less product. Also this is ot good for their teeth as they need to chew to keep the teeth from overgrowing. It’s bad for digestion plus theirs and my breathing (asthma). Very disappointed and feel let down. I will try for one more month. For comparison I’ve included a pic of what I we usually receive - big difference.

First order was great, everything after that sub par
The reason for 3 star is it started out great, the hay for my bunny was rich and not dusty, but I've reordered it I think 3 times now and every time its just gotten worse and worse quality-wise. Its dusty, the bits of hay themselves are just not large enough and short and thin. Sometimes moist. Order it one time, get the nice stuff, don't re order again go elsewhere

Great hay for our bunnies
We buy this all the time, slightly more expensive that some basic hay but worth the money. Smells fresh, crunchy and good quality. Our bunnies love it. We have now set up subscription for it.

Good Service
My piggies don’t seem to like. Everything looks great and quality but this is the third time trying a quality brand for Timothy hay but they seem not too like it, they seem to only like sweet soft green hay or meadows even the low quality from cheap bargain shops. I guess they are picky cheap eaters ??? I still gave it a 5 star because I think it’s my piggies pickiness and not the products fault and it did deliver all what I was looking for in colour, thickness and smell. Overall I was happy with everything. Just disappointed with my piggy’s cheap eating habits
