It actually worked. Easy to put on and cleaned my 30 year old leather bag. Very impressed. Had tried various other products over the years but nothing as good as this. As you can see from the pictures it did the job and took off all the blue dye, which I suspect is off years of rubbing on my jeans. Small bottles and you'd probably only get about 5 uses of it, but for me it will be fine for my one bag.

Quite good, this worked very well getting some denim dye transfer from a smooth grain bag, but really struggled to clean a heavy pebble grain leather bag.

What I received was a box smaller than the size of a standard book with two bottles (one cleaner, one moisturiser), a sponge and a white cloth (used both of these). I have a small collection of bags that allows me to use a different handbag every month. This way my bags do not get much use and dirt, so I cannot really tell how effective the cleaner can be. It should work on bags that have a lot of dirt on them, I think. In my opinion it is far better than baby water wipes, which can make a bag wet. The moisturiser is pretty good. It did not eliminate old, established scratches on my second-hand bags, but a recent small one on a Radley bag is practically invisible now! It g makes the leather shiny and it smells nice, too! You get small quantities in the bottles, but a little of both contents goes a long way. The sponge and the cloth are ok, they did not scratch or mark the leather.

They could have just sold the Cleaning product and the Conditioner on their own and it would have made a better impression - the poor quality of the sponge and the cloth is very disappointing. I used both product on all my Louis Vuitton items, I was very surprised to see all the dirt that came off the canvas but all in all don’t expect a massive difference. Nothing visible happened beside some dust/dirt coming off the bags. Hopefully the conditioning will help prevent future marks. It didn’t really do much with the inside, didn’t change any already existing water marks or stains. I mean if you are only after a cleaning product it worth a try to see for yourself but surely baby wipes will do the trick on the canvas for €1.50.

I recently purchased a bag from The Handbag Clinic. It needed a clean but I couldn’t justify the £150 price tag to get it professionally restored. Thought I would give this a go and I am so glad I did. It easily removed a build up of dirt, some obvious food marks and some stubborn marks which I didn’t think would come off. You don’t need a lot so I could see this kit lasting a while. The cream you apply after has refreshed the bag and made it smell lovely. 100% would purchase again

This work extremely well in renovating a vintage leather handbag. When finished it looked new.

Sorry to leave one star review but this item has not removed one single mark on my leather bag. My bag is white and has slight stains, nothing big. I have read and re-read the instructions to ensure I am following them correctly, I am and it does not remove the stains. Maybe it works on dark colours but definitely not on white. Very disappointing.
