Love this book. The patterns are easy to make and I love what I've made.

Nice simple patterns and the i instructions are good too.

Another beautiful book with versatile shapes that you can wear time and time again. Only downside is yet again the construction details are scant. Sad for us home taught sewers

Nice to look at, but unless you are a petite build or similar build to the author, then the sizes are on the small size. I found the contents rather limited and after a few pages, they seemed to be unchallenging.

Lindo, tem varias opções de patrones para de vestidos simples, casaquinhos , saias. Eu gosto de linhas net e este livro cumpre com essa visão. Facil costurar . O unico que nao goste e que as quantidades de tecido vem para tecidos de 110cm de largura no geral eu uso tecidos de 150 então tenho que calcular diferente, mas so isso o livro esta muito bom., ja fiz varias prendas.

Ich liebe den japanischen, sehr schlichten Kleidungsstil und habe mir schon mehrere Kleidungsstücke aus diesem Buch gemacht. Ich bin von den Maßen her europäisch und relativ groß, das bedeutet, das vor allen Dingen in den Längen die Schnitte etwas angepasst werden müssen, aber grundsätzlich ist die Passform prima und die Herstellung ist auch für Anfänger leicht verständlich und möglich.

Made the wrap look dress so far. Turned out great! Lots of compliment. For all those Japanese sewing books, I don’t add additional seam allowances after tracing them out. Their designs are boxy enough that I don’t need to add seam allowance. It’s actually more flattering that way. I’m a S/XS in ready to wear.
