Rope Thickness - 6 mm Rope Glue - If you require glue choose from the drop down above. How To Install Your New Rope Clean away any old rope and remove and loose metal from the locating channel. Apply Fire Rope Adhesive following instructions on the container. Press Fire Rope firmly into channel, then cut Fire Rope with scissors to finish with an end to end butt joint. Allow 1 hour before closing doors.

Did the job and quick delivery
Unfortunately I Couldn't get a suitable stove glass rope locally. Ordered this and it came within a few days and seems ok. Stating the obvious but do these maintenance jobs in the summer as then there's no pressure if you can't finish the job or get the parts!!
