Fabulous Product
These hearing aids work brilliantly. I notice some people have had problems from the charging dock failing to work after a while, the hearing aids being uncomfortable, won’t fit their ear or drop out even.To be honest I’ve had none of these problems but you have to get to know the aids and work out what’s best for you. I sent away for some large “open” buds which seem to grip better and let more sound through. To start with they backed off but I found that if I tucked the pull toggle behind the inside of my ear it stopped the hearing aid trying to back off. The pull toggle needs to be at the bottom which can be achieved by adjusting the position of the aid and tilting it downwards slightly. It works for me but it is necessary to experiment to get the best out of your hearing aid, what works for one doesn’t always work for an other. Simply get to know your hearing aids and rewards are there to be had.

Stopped working after a month
I bought (and replaced) this item twice and had the same problem: it stopped working after a month and always had the hearing aid on the right. The left was working fine. 🫤🫤It's a pity because they are light, invisible and the sound is quite good but with poor reliability.I decided to buy a more expensive item, hoping this would be okay for at least a couple of years.

Charging problem
Very good, only problem is the charging cable not a secure fit into the charger with the result that the blue light does not stay on and has to be held in place. Comes on but you have to wiggle it a bit to get the light but when release it , it does stay on most frustrating! Seems to be a non standard usb cable.

Didn’t work for me.
Sound quality was poor. These were returned to seller. Transaction was very easy and seller was excellent.

Not very good. No clear sound at all. Just an amplifier that's very tinny and whistles a lot. Had them a week, and both have packed up and stopped working. Definitely would not recommend at all.
