The media could not be loaded. I was Leary about getting this because of the previous reviews. This was easy to put together. It’s just 4 pieces. I’ll do another review when I actually use it.

Do not waste your time or money. I had better luck with hand scoring , using hot/cold water, system.1st the instructions are horrible for putting together. No instructions on how to use. Came with parts/accessory that never even talked about how to attach or what is used for. Instructions says go to the online help but gave no website for it.After getting put together 1st time use was not good. Did not cut as smooth as shown on video (not even close.) Could not put at full speed. It would start to shake. Tried bolting platform down and still shaking causing glass shards to be spit out when cutting. Finally got a bottle cut and the sanding/polishing was non existent. Sent back for refund.

I bought this last week and put it together yesterday. There were some instructions in English, but they were very limited in information. I finally had to look at the videos and pictures to get some idea on how to put it together, but I still am trying to figure out the water tube connection and how it works. Videos are a help, but those too need to be more detailed. Will update once I figure it out. Fingers crossed!!!

The product came with directions that are not understandable as to how to assemble. Product is worthless without this

I put this together after having it a while and it does not work. I contacted seller through chat and they said to contact Amazon. Amazon said to contact seller. Very frustrating to say the least. I hate that I paid over $100.00 for something that doesn’t work.
