Bought this for my wife and she loves it. She loves to colour it in. I love the feel of it and the layout and fonts. There's no notes alongside the scripture like you would often have and space for your own notes, so I can see how this could become a very personal copy over time.

A beautiful copy of the bible to treasure makes reading scripture so much more when the book is also really special like this one

This is a beautiful bible. I bought it to do some reading and journalling, but I really don't think that I should write in it as it is so beautiful. As for the reading, I am really pleased with the size of the text and the fact that it is one column per page.It is quite substantial so I don't think that this is the bible that I will take along to bible study class or church.

Every page just shows with how much love this book has been made, the drawings and the lettering art are simply beautiful. It's made in high quality and truly is something I'd pass on to my children. There are a few Art Journaling Bibles out there, but what I love about this one, is that the art is kept in gold only, which makes it feel so high- grade.Absolutely in love with this beautiful work of art that invites me to open read in the bible every day.

I had the Illuminated book of John, which convinced me to purchase the full bible. The hardback had a small dent, but at this reduced price of £20 it was a fantastic purchase. It has added more joy to my bible reading, as the margins encourage note taking and then gold print imagery is beautiful.Serious bible studiers will miss the lack of footnotes and references, and there are no maps or concordance, which was a shame as similar sized ESVs often include these. For this reason I've gone for 4 stars. However, for daily reading, this single column, wide margin, clean design is most attractive and encourages you to read the bible more like a book and less like an overcrowded encyclopaedia (there are no divides in the narrative for section headings - it flows without titles).As a young man, it is obvious this bible is unfortunately marketed towards women (the promo video has no men in it!) and the outer design is on the feminine side - I'm ok with this but guys who wouldn't be seen dead carrying a bible with gold leaf flowers on it may need to go for something else!

What can I say this is a beautiful gorgeous illustration my first art journal so pleased.
