I just LOVE this product and I think this might be my third bag. I put it in my bottle of water in the morning and drink it throughout the day. It's the perfect cleanse and digestion combo, but without wheat/barleygrass that most other products tend to contain (cheap ingredients?) - this is just powerful functional foods. Probiotics is a must with ANY digestion issue (yacoon root) and the fennel helps with IBS symptoms and slow transit. Personally, i love it for my skin, and the chlorella helps support the removal of heavy metal toxins which we get from our environment. On that note, I note this product does NOT use chinese chlorella which i would stay well away from! Chlorella absorbs toxins, and Chinese waters are incredibly polluted - meaning, you're getting a product which have absorbed a ton environmental toxins, into your system..
