Great baobab
The product has great quality, it has a a great package and it also tastes delicious. If it is your first time using baoba in your porridge or cooking, I advise you to start with a small spoon and increase with time, after you get used to the taste. When I first starting using it, I found the taste strange, so I used a small spoon of it. But now I am so used to the taste that I really like it and cannot imagine my porridge without it.

Best tasting supplement
I had never heard of Boabab poweder, but I have been altering my diet lately and this was an ingredient in a recipe . I nearly overlooked it but so glad I don’t ! This has such a nice , perky sherbet like taste , it’s the nicest supplement and health food I have tasted . After weeks of drinking stuff that looked and tasted like mud this hasn’t been a real revelation .It comes in a resealable pack and I bought from Sevenhills as I believe they are an ethical company who take care of their products . I had and a few products before from them and been very happy .It turns out this powder is super versatile and I’m adding it to everything .its very fine so mixes really easily , no clumping at all . I put it in my kale and greens smoothie and boom it really perked it up . Works the same with any smoothie, it’s meant to regulate sugar absorption so perfect for adding to fruits . I have added it to making some raw cakes and truffle with great results . It’s meant to be great added to bread mixes, and can be added to soups etc.I would highly recommend buying , at first it seems really dear but even a teaspoon makes a great difference . Health wise I can’t comment on the benefits at the moment , as it’s early days but will report back . But initially I feel good taking it and that’s a bonus .

Good product from a good company
Have bought this baobab powder from Seven Hills before and no doubt will buy again as they seem to be a reliable supplier, having also bought other products from them. As for the powder itself and its health benefits, just have a read up on Google. I use it to mask the bad taste of my home made greens mixture and it does a stellar job of that due to its mildly citrussy taste. It's mixed with maca and blueberry powders (also a mild taste), spirulina, ashwaganda and beetroot powders with the latter three being not so easy to stomach on their own. I don't eat much in the way of fruits and vegetables so 20g of this mixture every day in 500ml water with some whey powder works well for me, someone who exercises intensely most days.

Great quality and taste
Great quality product and good value when compared to other brands and quantities. It’s a shame the company has switched to using plastic packaging though.

A deliciously tangy-flavoured and nutrient-rich superfood sourced from the ancient 'Tree of life'.
To my amazement whilst I was sampling Baobab powder (3 generous teaspoons with around 400ml of water) it actually tasted amazing! It’s sweet and tangy taste is thanks to its high levels of citric, malic and tartaric acids.Health benefits:Trusted as a digestive aid for generations, baobab contains both soluble and insoluble fibre. In fact this super-fruit is around 50% fibre, of which 75% is soluble fibre – it is this fibre that dissolves in water to form a viscous gel-like substance. The fibre in baobab is prebiotic – supporting the growth of the probiotic (good bacteria) in the gut. We now know that having enough probiotic bacteria in the gut is paramount to overall optimum health, with these trillions of bacteria keeping the growth of harmful bacteria at bay. Dietary fibre also helps to regulate glucose and insulin levels in the blood.Baobab is also scientifically recognised to contain more antioxidants than any other food on the planet, including acai, blueberries and goji berries- earning its SUPERFOOD status. One of the baobab’s greatest gifts is that it is one of the richest plant-based sources of calcium, containing almost four times the amount of calcium in milk, making it an excellent source of calcium for everyone, but especially children, vegans, and pregnant and post-menopausal women.Six times as much potassium as a banana, which assists in regulating blood pH and blood pressure, and conducting nerve impulsesThe highest vitamin C content of any fruit, offering four times more than an orange. It also has one of the highest antioxidant ratings. Is an excellent source of magnesium, containing twice as much magnesium as dark leafy greens. Is an exceptionally rich source of bioavailable iron. The versatility of Organic Baobab Powder allows for endless culinary creations. Simply add it to your smoothies, juices, or water. You can also simply incorporate it into your favourite recipes to boost the nutritional value of your meals.A true superfood, baobab fruit powder has a number of health benefits. The nutritional profile, antioxidant levels, and benefits for digestive health make this a valuable supplement to any diet.Highly recommend.Hope you found this helpful.

Just what I was looking for
My husband has been after organic Baobab powder for some time, but it has been quite difficult to get a brand that we trust, so when we saw this, we ordered and Sevenhills is a reputable brand. Came very quickly, next day, in fact. Should last quite some time too. Very pleased.
