It’s good, I like it.
I did think the head was metal when ordered (didn’t look at the ad properly), so I was a little dubious when it arrived. However, it was easy to install and is working absolutely fine, I like it. Now all I have to do is clean it after use so our hard water doesn’t ruin it like it’s predecessor.

Great product. Welcoming Email from company to thank for the purchase and offer any help in fitting or any problems. A genuine email from a small company who look after their customers. We did actually need a bit of help and got a very quick response with a detailed description of how to replace a very old existing shower head. Great replacement
Replaced by very old shower unit. I did not have to removed the whole shower cover shell, just unwind the old shower head and screw this is in. Standard fitting, comes with what you need to fit this in. use your hands to tight, do not use any spanners, you will over tight it and the grommet inside will break and cause leaks.

Good product
Our old shower head was looking tired and so we replaced it with this product. The system is gravity fed and so we removed the flow restrictor as suggested in the instructions. A little bit fiddly but nothing too difficult. The unit threaded onto the old pipe using the PTFE tape provided and we have had no problems with leaks. It was easy to do this just by twisting it on the pipe threads by hand which is good because you don’t want to scratch the shiny chromed surface with a wrench.Once fitted the ball joint means that you can move the head easily and it is a big improvement on our old one. All very shiny and gleaming and works well..
