I cut these small and use them to discreetly secure holiday lights on the sides of the door and garage. Cleaned well before application and they have held up very well. I don’t want to drill holes in the trim so this works much better. Stayed stuck and Velcro is strong.

I stuck this to double sided tape so it would be able to fill gaps between the back of a status screen and my motorcycle dashboard, which isn't smooth or flat. Since the tape built up the surface to be flat, this velcro holds like a champ, to the point that I've hit massive potholes and road construction mistakes and it never budges. Before I flattened the surface by filling with double-sided tape it used to slowly unhook the velcro loops over the course of a ride, but the screen never fell off. Now it doesn't even budge. Great product, for how you can cut it and customize your own application.

I wanted a cellular shade on door, without holes in new vinyl door. I stuck it up with the strongest Velcro 3M marketed at the time. I have no idea if this is what I used, or if this exact style was even in production back then. Pro: After 18 YEARS in a small steamy kitchen with kids endlessly slamming in and out of the door, the shade being yanked down and pushed up, holding fine in 115 degree heat (no ac), it began to pull away from the door *slightly*. Seriously. 18 years of door wars. Ok 3M. I’m sold. I reorder this. While waiting, I begin prep the area for new Velcro. This leads to… Con: Normal sticky residue. But didn't mar the door. Here’s the con to that amazing adhesion: I tried every LYING adhesive remover on the market. That Velcro had found it’s home, lived and died there, and it’s ghost was going to haunt me forever. Days, people. I spent days trying everything from heat gun and scraping to sanding with near gravel paper. Finally used a toothbrush and straight Acetone (you will thank me in 18 years) A little elbow grease, and that removed it. It removed my manicure too, but oh well. Velcro is back up, shade is back up…and I could raise another child before it gives out again. Note: discoloration on door is from remodel a decade ago, not the product. Contractor painted around shade. Just follow the directions. (Maybe prep with acetone?)

Strong, gray, name brand not chinese junk. One thing id def mention for you all here- separate all pairs btwn plastic supporting pc & wooly connection pc which can pull apart from side you adhere to say a pole, house, fence, work bench, etc. otherwise, youll accidentally & frustratingly do what i did and think youve got one wooly side & one plastic catch-side but you dont & if i get more detailed, youll get confused as i tey to clarify. Just note they are strong enough to hold 15 lbs once adhesive is stuck to whatever. (Separate ea pc of 2 parts carefully as sometimes there are 4 pcs tightly snugged together and then u must take plyers & a razor to get corner up & pull like Hercules to replace, in my case, the wooly side to make proper contact/align't). If you simply try to shortcut this type of mistake, the object weighing say 5 lbs (in my case, an elec box to porch pole) will just fall down- i attempted to just stick another pc over accidental pc that was same as the other on oppo side. (One was on pole, the other on back of an electric plastic box containing a power brick to make Govee outdoor Rope lites, Neon LED lites water proof elec cable)

Works extremely well for my application. Very strong and still in place after many months in the Florida heat.

I bought this to mount my ring doorbell camera to the outside of our house. It comes with three pieces, they feel and look super heavy duty. It says it can with stand temperature up to 140 and water and UV resistance, so let’s see how it does in Florida heat. Super easy to apply to the camera, the grip is super strong and heavy duty, and the adhesive to attach the Velcro to the camera and wall mount is extremely sticky. I think it’ll work great.

I’m disappointed in this product based on the advertisement you can stick this to anything inside and outside and it will stay. I tried these on my wall which I cleaned nothing too heavy and it fell off. This is ideal for flat smooth surfaces only

These are true velcro. Will not melt like most do !

Very handy for things like solar lights & I’m sure I’ll find other uses as time goes on. Super sticky but will update if things change.
