I already have a few poles at home, so I just wanted to get the hook part to be able to open/close my Velux windows. As I wasn't sure if it would fit my existing poles, I contacted the seller. The seller was very helpful and confirmed the dimensions of the product especially the threads, and also asked for a photo of my existing pole so that he could advise further. I've since bought the hook and it fits perfectly with my pole and works well with opening and closing my Velux windows. Happy that I didn't have to spend more to get the full pole plus hook.

1st class product. Original from Velux failed ( admittedly after several years service ). Bought and fixed your product to existing pole - reinforced with nut and bolt.

Much better value than the window brand pole. Works on my keylite windows and blinds and fits into an extendable paint pole.

Bought to operate a new, out of reach Velux centre pivot roof window. Works fine. Although it's made from a type of plastic, it's rigid and seems well made and I think it should last if not abused. I'm using it with an existing Harris Trade Extending Decorating Pole which uses the same type of screw fitting for attachments.

Fitted the pole as described. Straight forward replacement for a broken hook that was of similar design, not sure how old it was. Have used this new one once and it fits on window bar nicely and does the job well. Too early to say on durability but it looks well made. Excellent delivery service.

The drill is just what I needed to replace a faulty one. It arrived promptly, was in a sturdy carry case, which I wasn't expecting and the price was excellent (on offer). Beat the price of the same drill everywhere else. Very happy with the purchase.

The hook itself is fine, just hope it lasts longer than the last one.
