It works! simple as that.Yes, it takes some getting used to and felt a bit alien to begin with but it stops the snoring.It lasts about a month.I'm on my third one and yes its a pricey but in my view it's worth it.Caused a bit of aching on one side of my jaw but that no longer happens now.I found that to obtain the correct fit and comfort I needed to take the time and mould the plastic to my teeth following the instructions to immerse it in a mixture of hot & cold water before using.This moulding can be done up to three times.I would recommend trying and persevering as this does the trick.

I understand the logic behind this device, unfortunately it has some design faults. Although you put the device into hot water to be able to mould it to your teeth, the shape and size isn't suitable for everyone. After moulding it as the instructions stated, I noticed that it still didn't fit tightly and the top part would drop. I had discomfort in my jaw joint on one side and felt there was no room for my tongue. I couldn't manage more than 5 minutes with it in.The company/seller were very helpful though and offered me a full refund under the 30 day guarantee. So a 5* rating for them.

I have always snored very loudly and kept the wife awake for years with it. I have tried nasal strips, throat sprays, nasal inserts etc etc. Nothing helped really. This however has taken my "sleeping next to roadworks" snoring to "gentle" snoring. Its not the most comfortable thing to wear and takes some getting used to plus you have to buy a new one every 2 months if you chew it in your sleep like me but it has definitely saved my marriage and i now feel like im getting a better nights sleep. Plus it has reduced the number of migraines i get which is a definite plus!

Having suffered from apnea for years, I finally decided to try the mouth guard, instant cure, no more apnea and quality sleep.The guard is easy to mould and a comfortable fit, it takes a few days to adapt to, and, it can cause teeth to feel tender,but, that goes away the more you use it, I also found it very easy to adjust ,just a quick turn of the plastic screw. Highly recommended if you have struggled with snoring and apnea.

After trying to mold the product 3 times (the maximum) was still uncomfortable tried to push though it but work up several times with the mouth piece fallen out. Waste of money and no improvement for sleep quality.

The product concept is pretty good but unfortunately for me due to how my jaw is this product isn't suitable for me, I was really hoping it was going to be as it's alot smaller than the other type I use. It's really easy to setup for use but it's quite uncomfortable for the first few nights. I found in those first few nights it was quite a snug fit around my teeth but after a few times using it the fit loosened around my teeth and I had to remould it. You can only do this three times and I found it just got to the point that it didn't work for me only after 1 and half weeks This is due to my jaw mind and this product will likely work for others if there jaw doesn't drop back as much as mine.

Product arrived and i followed all instructions and got the moulding completed easily. First night i fitted the device it was uncomfortably but it worked and cut my snoring massively down.The fit improved with more use and my mouth got used to hit. Sadly it has now got unusable due to the dice falling a part and cutting up my mouth.Ordered an alternative to give it a try and see if it lasts longer/is a better fit

Reviewed after 4 months of use, purchased, arrived on the 10th of October.Very good quality, just follow the instructions for a good fit. Initially this worked 100% and to be fair extremely effective in putting a stop to my snoring. This will vary person to person and depending on the main cause of your snoring but it working for me.The instruction booklet helpfully highlights that it will take some getting used to, some discomfort with jaw or teeth might occur, you might produce a lot of saliva initially etc.I am a bit on a nighttime teeth grinder and over time I have loosened the teeth mould inserts which can not be purchased separately. One thing I have noticed over the time is the shape of the device is very square and has a sharp/rough edge at the back of the device and it can feel quite sharp on the tongue, especially towards the back where you have less room the hard surface to the Snoreeze that keeps it shape and I found this to make your tongue a bit sore, but when you read this review try and push the back edges outward before you set your bite.Despite this down side of the design I would recommend this anti snore device it's slimline compared with some and has lasted the longest for me, the only device that has lasted longer was a sports mouth guard - But this doesn't stop or calm your snoring.
