Does its job
Only heard on rip hit at the bike park compared to hearing my rim hit over almost every rock and physical damage to the rim was caused without this. Definitely helps if you ride rocks alot, for a cheap option compared to paying a bunch for cush core.

They work perfect to keep the tires from burping (which is really a fart sound). Easy to install and easy to remove tires when needed.

Garbage product, bad customer service
I've gone through tires and rims with these things in. I'm 175lbs running 30psi and a well tuned suspension setup. I honestly flat less with a tube in. The foam shreds apart, the connecting piece doesn't stay on, and I have rocks stab straight through the insert and through my tire and rim. I emailed huck norris twice with no reply from them. I've decided to stop asking for a refund or asking for the DH version and just go with cush core. The pictures attached are at 28psi and 220psi in my rear shock (if you're wondering) on Maxxis Minion DHRII EXO+ with huck norris inserts on a transition sentinel on some rocky colorado trails. Still, a ding that big is amazing, and the foam just shredded inside when I took it out. I've dropped hundreds of dollars on tires and rims because I trusted huck norris everytime, but it's honestly a piece of styrofoam that will do you absolutely no good.
