iATO Wood & Black Saffiano Leather - 8

My original case was ordered in the onset of the Covid pandemic. The substitute Amazon driver left it on the ground somewhere, and certainly not around my building - I live on the second floor.The case has held up well with some minor scuffing on the wood veneer. The black portion of the "leather" cannot be cleaned with alcohol, as it was transferring to the cleaning cloth, and it became tacky, so, I wiped it dry, and it has been fine. Very important, as phones can harbor many germs.

This iphone 8 case has an attractive appearance with the Rosewood feature on the top and bottom and the black leather in the middle. It is a slim fit in your hand, not bulky, but allows your hand to firmly grip the iphone. I would recommend this item if you are looking for a classic look.

If you look for a bulky and heavy duty protection case, you should look for something else. This case has a classy, elegant and slim look so it provides a medium protection. You just can't have both. I love this case for my iphone 8. It feels really good in your hand with real wood and leather on back.

I have the new SE model of the iphone and received this case (real rosewood/real leather version) 2 days ago. I have tried two different chargers while the case is on in the past two days and both times had to remove the whole case in order for the phone to charge... otherwise the case causes the port to be inaccessible.The case itself is beautiful and seems sturdy enough. Disappointed with the inconvenience of having to take the case off to charge each time.

It looks very nice, but after a week it started falling apart. The quality is lacking.

Case is as described, materials appearing high in quality. Maintains slim/sleek design while also providing as much protection as can be expected from such a case.

Looks great on the phone, provides good grip without being too thick. Usually don't go for covers, but this one is very nice and actually adds to phone rather than takes away.

Wood grain and leather look nice and not too large.Definitely make note of the fact that non apple chargers will not fit the opening. Original apple charger cord actually doesn't even really fit. Have to stretch the opening to make it fit. It will eventually tear from this.Had to remove from cover to charge with non apple charger, forgot to put it back on, and proceeded to drop phone shattering screen. Yay! (my own fault, I know). If charger fit wasn't an issue this wouldn't have happened, though.

This case is just amazingly beautiful. It fits my phone very snug but I can also pop my phone out easily. I have owned it since September and besides a few rub marks it is still looks so nice.I had contacted them as my current charge cord didn’t fit in the slot in the case. They were very nice and helpful to deal with. In the end I decided to keep the case. I am so glad I have. Thank you for making such a wonderful case.

Fell apart after the first couple of months avoid

Amazing customer service and the case itself is exactly what I was hoping for. It is slim but has lovely wooden accents. It also has a rubber like rim which I find helps protect my phone when it falls. Would recommend! If you do have issues, their customer service is very helpful!

Update. Appears to have big gaps in sides and is harbouring gunk. The leather is coming a bit lose at one corner and the wood scratches SUPER easy. Changing to 2 star. Looks like this will be garbage shortly....Wonderfully constructed. Fits snug. Looks beautiful! So sophisticated.
