Ubiquinol is the most viable and better absorbed supplement than coq10. My husband and I are actively ttc and we have implemented this supplement in our prenatal regimen to ensure our levels are optimal at conception time. Give this is higher than the usual amount (300 mg or so give or take) but it’s necessary especially as we plan to stop consuming it once we are pregnant. Will resume 9 months prior to getting pregnant again if at all!

Easy to swallow, no upset stomach and works great. I'm glad I switched.

I have been taking CoQ10 for a few years now but haven't seen many with this high of potency. I also like the liposomal version as it is easier assimilated by the body. This supplement has helped me to get my blood pressure back into a normal range and I will keep taking them because they are so much healthier and safer than using pharmaceuticals that always have a hundred side affects! The pill is a little large but in a gel capsule which makes them go down much easier, they have no smell or taste and you only need 1 per day. I highly recommend this supplement especially if you're dealing with any blood pressure issues.
