Brilliant book.

Of all the adult coloring books I’ve used, this brand, ColorIt, uses the best quality drawing paper. It’s not flimsy and doesn’t warp when covered in gel pen ink.The book comes with a blotter page just in case. Alcohol markers will probably bleed through so use it but I haven’t tried those kind of pens. I like that the spiral binding is at the top and is perforated. The front and back cover is thick cardboard and feels very sturdy. The drawings are beautiful and fun to color.This probably won’t be the last ColorIt book I buy. I have two different mandalas and the dragon coloring books as well as this one so far and they are my favorites.Update: I added more photos of my mandalas and I’ve bought a couple more ColorIt books, Steampunk and goddesses. Those will be fun to color!

I’ve been buying adult coloring books for over a year now and have tried a few different brands but this company stands out by far.The spiral books make it so much easier to go from one page to another and the pages are thick enough that the gel pens I use won’t bleed into the next page and pattern.The mandalas are amazing in detail and whether I choose a simpler pattern or more intricate, I have not been disappointed.I’m now a fan - definitely.

I did my first two mandalas pictured here in two days. I am learning the ropes but am having so much fun using the gel pens (by ColorIt) to make the pictures pop.The pages are very thick and the gel pens don’t bleed through or smear. When you finish, the picture comes to life in such a beautiful way.I am such a fan (newbie but hey, gotta start somewhere :) of ColorIt. Plan on getting more to add to this book in the future!Get this book! You will love getting in touch with your creativity!
