The hula hoop has a nice sustainable weight.It's easy and not to heavy you just have to keep practicing. You can make it smaller if you like. I like the color blue and black. But I would have preferred Rad black for related reasons.

It's good quality , holds up when I hoola hoop and takes seconds to put it together. Recommend this item . Good workout for upper thighs and core

Great piece if you assemble right. Each connection has to click otherwise it will fall apart while using. A little tricky assembling, some connections are harder to click. I had to shave a little bit of foam off in order for the connection to click.Other than assembling issue, works great. Remember connection must click.

Nice and strurdy

The plastic broke and the sand weight came spilling out only had this for a few weeks now. Tried doing a work out and bam

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Sturdy hoop with just enough weight. I use it for toning my core and bottom/legs.

It’s what’s I’m looking for. Make sure though when you first assemble give time and line it up well. At first, i was gonna return it , i thought it was faulty , it keep breaking up but it was just not push all the way.
