A WINNER for increasing air flow! They work 100% in this regard and my husband said they are easy to use and comfortable! Snoring solution they are not, much to my disappointment, but I'm very happy he breathes better at night! Very good value for money and we will buy more as soon as he runs out! Still looking for a product to reduce his loud snoring though! 😂

Works quite well to reduce my snoring. I have a tendency to roll onto my back and with slightly restricted breathing through my nose, I breath more through my mouth that makes me snore and also occasionally my breath gets caught - I've been tested for sleep apnoea and don't have it although occasionally stop breathing for a moment, snort, then carry on which disturbs my sleep a bit. Plus of course my snoring disturbs my wife. This megavent helps quite a lot allowing me to breathe more easily through my nose rather than primarily through my mouth so my snoring is reduced. It doesn't stop it but it is reduced. It's marked as 4 stars because recently they've slimmed these megavents down so the bit that goes up the nose is thinner and don't have the strength in them to hold the nostrils open quite as much as they did and sometimes, just sometimes, fall out during the night (I use the large ones already).

Although there were no instructions at all, the little device has been very easy to insert and use, and I must say has been pretty wonderful.I have been able to breathe through my nose throughout the night and haven't been woken up by a dry mouth as I had been for years until now.I have been washing the device each morning and leaving it in a solution of Milton when not in use which seems like a good idea.After daily use for about a month, the Megavent seems as good as new.In the packet there are two smaller ones - which I use - and two larger ones, which I haven't tried to use.Verdict: for me, absolutely marvellous, and if I don't touch my nose I'm not aware the device is in use.

Not impressed...I’ve had rhinoplasty on my nose and it’s left me with a very shallow cavity so I rely on dilators some work some don’t... these don’t they are so flimsy and trying to get them to fits a joke. They are uncomfortable and I’m resorting back to a cage style that is more comfy and flexible yet durable

These are a little too big for me and I am unsure of the fit. When I first put them in my breathing improves immediately but as I fall asleep my nose closes up further back where this item has no effect. They have also fallen out. I find it tricky to get the item in comfortably in place. The price is reasonable so I would recommend you try them if you need a solution to breathing problems due to airflow. The item is durable and of good quality. You get more than one and there are two sizes which you can alter further following instructions given in the pack. I do use them but think I need something different to completely stop me snoring. They are comfortable enough to sleep with if you get the fit right.

The media could not be loaded. Bought Rhinomed Mute first. I could sleep better with that, but after 4 nights it made my nose hurt, it was doing its job allright, but was too stiff to my nose.So I thought, lets try this MegaVent, from Sweden. Just received it, and already feels much better in my nose.I’m not saying this is better than Rhinomed. It is just my inner nose shape seems to be better off with this MegaVent, because this is softer.I upoad a video so you can compare these two.The reason I started experimenting with these is that if air is dry, or I eat before bed, my nose canals colapse, and so I start breathing thru my mouth, wich is a risk to snore, and its much healthier to breathe thru the nose.Since using Rhinomed I wake up with more energy, and flatter stomach, so it must do good to me. Now I will see how this MegaVent compares, I only update this review, if I found something wrong.Have a great sleep, I wish you! :)

these did not work for my partner I can still hear him snoring in fact they made no differance at all complete waste of money.

Easy to insert and comfortable enough to wear all night. Noticed a definite improvement in breathing through my nose, and snoring was not cured, but definitely less.
