At the age of 40 one might hope that they don’t have to deal with acne, but the cruel truth is no matter the age acne is still an issue for me. I like that it has a Color setting that automatically combines 2 colors together for you (If you hold your hand close to the LEDs you can make out the 2 colors being used). Very easy to use and understand.Con: short power cord. (Good thing I am able to lay on a yoga mat, by the outlet)Con: Red wavelength is lower range than I expected. I thought it would be 640nm. It is 625nm.I just received it a few days ago. It's relaxing to use and hopefully, I will see some positive skin results.I use the Green+Cyan combo setting

I ordered knowing I would like it because I used my daughter n laws LED light mask. I didn't like the weight of the mask though. I like this because I lay down, meditate and do my leg exercises. You can pick the length of time you want ( I never do more than 20 minutes, if I'm doing multiple colors, I do10 minutes each), and the fan helps with the sound the machine makes, so you don't hear it as much as without the fan. It is actually a nice part of your nightly face regimen. I do recommend this!

We have some various health issues we are dealing with like Lyme, POTS, EDS, etc. With them come joint aches & pains, injuries, surgeries, etc.I decided to try this style of light therapy system so my kids could lie under it or put their legs, hip, etc under it. I like the ability to love it from room to room, unlike a wall mounted unit. I LOVE the full range of color options.It is EASY to operate. Plug it in, turn it on, choose the color/s you want, set the timer, & you are ready to ENJOY the SOOTHING lights! If nothing else, it is calming & helps put my kids & me into a rest & digest state, which is a challenge for us with the medical issues.It does NOT get hot, so we do not need to use the fan. It is a nice option for those who might want air movement while lying under it.My only complaint is that the cord is a tad short. It works fine, but it would be better if the cord was longer.I WOULD purchase it again!
